Sheaam joined the Spectrum team in March 2022, bringing a strong background in health and business development.
With a consultative approach, Sheaam has a real passion for enabling others to realise their potential.
Sheaam has more than 15 years’ recruitment experience and holds a degree in organisational psychology and employment relations from the University of Auckland.
Siena joined the Spectrum recruitment team in August 2024. She is currently working towards completing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and brings an extensive background in customer service and hospitality.
Based in Wellington, Siena takes care of the end-to-end recruitment process for Spectrum’s Wellington team.
Dikshitha joined the Spectrum team in September 2026. She brings recruitment and HR coordination experience, supported by an MBA in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology.
Dikshitha has a strong understanding of people, workplace relationships and organisational dynamics, and enjoys building stakeholder relationships, creating positive candidate experiences and supporting people through the recruitment process.
Antoinette recently completed a Bachelor of Business Studies with a double major in Human Resource Management and Marketing.
She brings a wealth of customer service experience, along with a unique blend of digital literacy and the ability to bring calm and structure to busy environments.
